All I can add to this is yes! yes! and yes!  And it isn't just the HCPs, but all of the books and sleep doctors and all sorts of people who tell new parents that "fussy irritable" babies are still hungry.  And, if I get one more mother this week who asks me when her 3 week old is going to "sleep through the night" I may put myself to sleep through the night.
