Does anyone work in a hospital that has any policy or experience with cup
feeding?  I'm specifically interested in preemies for the neonatologist who
was involved in the inservice I helped research.  He wants to know at what
age (gestational) do people routinely initiate it.  Before 32 weeks?  He also
would like info on whether it has helped discharge these kids earlier than
our average of 2100 gms.

It's a major step for my hospital to even consider this.   The main focus is
money issues, getting the kids out sooner.  But as it would help the moms who
want to breastfeed I'm willing to help.
