All women should have annual breast exams whether they are brestfeeding or
not.  It is true that breasts are fuller during lactation, but that doesn't
mean one can't tell changes on exam.  Besides, if docs get used to examining
lactating breasts, they will know what they are feeling.   And ladies, don't
