Hi Joan, Saw your post on nipple discharge and have a couple of questions for
you or any others who would like to answer.  When I was in training I was
taught that colostrum is a by-product of pregnancy, consequently an adoptive
mother who is pumping would not get colostrum.  I don't know what the colored
discharge would be then but I sure would like to hear from others what your
knowledge and thoughts are.
