We get a maximum of $56/month for a rental pump +/- kit. Except for the HMO
Medicaid product--they will not reimburse any provider EVER for an electric
pump...manual only. I recently learned this (thinking previously that they
only wouldn't contract with US) and fired off a letter to the head of
Medicaid Managed Care expressing my HUGE concern that these women are NOT
receiving the services equal to their sisters on the other plans. We'll see
if it gets me anywhere.

But we do not get reimbursed at all for shells/shields/hydrogels...we just
have to "eat" the cost.

I would be very interested in knowing what other states do reimburse for.
