Being gone for 5 days has definite down-sides. More than 100 messages to
read and not be able to reply was one of them. Each time I tried to reply,
my server would not let me. Something about too much stuff and not enough
space (in non-computerese!)

However, to all who said they would be getting back to me re: articles they
wish to write, WONDERFUL! Feel free to call me personally.

To all who wish to indicate topics you want JHL to consider, feel free to
do that, too. I am taking such topics off the list and adding them to the
agenda for the staff (a kind of electronic query to prospective and current
readers of JHL, which I assume most of you are. If you are not, let me
know and I can send you ILCA membership information so that you can BECOME
a JHL reader! :-)

To all of you who have assisted mothers with interesting problems, please
note that such things, when written up, make very instructive case reports;
as Jan Riordan has written, they are the "building blocks of clinical
information and knowledge" and often serve to highlight the need for later
controlled studies with many cases. (hint hint)

Enough.
