One of the mothers I’m working with has a baby with what seems like a
sub-mucosal tongue tie. Baby can’t maintain a seal on breast or bottle. The
edges of her tongue curl up all around like a lily pad’s ruffle when she
cries, yet no frenulum is visible.

Mom’s having trouble convincing our (usually) most helpful local
practitioners to fix it. But over the next few weeks the family will be
traveling to Traverse City, Michigan and to Lafayette, Indiana to visit
family & friends.

Does anyone from those locales have practitioners they refer to for this
situation? She thought maybe someone in those towns could help her baby.

Please respond off list with any suggestions!
Thanks for your help,
Debbi Heffern
