Chapter 10 of some book :-( The First Two Weeks. 1st 2 lines are a quote
'A liitle child born yesterday, 
A thing on mother's milk and kisses fed.'

Also have chapter 8 of same book. Breast or Bottle? quote - 'she gave her sonne suck and tooke great comfort and delight therein' The Countess of Lincoln's Nursery, Oxford 1622.
Dear Chris Mulford used to love to copy chapters with no identifying notes :-( 
Ring any bells? Sounds British to me (spelling and terms) and not super old, quotes are 50's -70's . Anyone have a clue?
