As far as W**-M*** not receiving any other complaints about the P.C.
abm, that is just bullpucky! I've called them my self, and spoke with
one person (don't want to post her name unless someone really needs to
know) who was rather condescending on the subject. I gave her the names
of people she could contact in re: to the whole matter, and she just
brushed me off. They HAVE recieved complaints, maybe none have crossed
his desk. I know the organization I work for has addressed this very
issue through letters, if not phone calls by individuals. Also, it was
posted on another list I'm on, and almost all of us have called as well.
