Dear Lactnet-friends,

Our 2000 births/year maternityhospital on the west coast of Finland are
sort of halfway in our babyfriendly-process. We also have a NICU caring for
babies born after 32 weeks of gestation + babies who need special care for
other reasons. In these wards we are using the NeoBFHI-programme. So far no
other hospital in Finland has certified using the Neo-version of BFHI.
Thus we are wondering in what other countries/hospitals the
NeoBFHI-programme already has been implemented. Nordic countries? Europe?
Elsewhere in the world? It would be useful to "compare notes" or have
somewhere to go with questions which arise in the process.
Thank you in advance for any info!

Best wishes

Merete Willis, midwife, IBCLC, Satakunta Central Hospital, Finland
