The Loyd-B breastpump was designed by a couple in Maryland.  I don't know if
it is still in production.  I purchased it for my sister who used it for a
year to provide milk for her daughter while she worked, about 22 years ago.
One needed long fingers to squeeze the handle effectively.  If I remember
correctly, the strength of the suction was determined by the size of the
bottle used.  My sister will certainly get a kick out of hearing that she
can fix her windshields with it now! Waste not, want not.
