Seconding Karleen's post recommending the WHO 48 page 'Infant feeding in
emergencies'. It costs nothing to download it, as the WHO website is open
to anyone with internet connections.

Available as a .pdf, at this URL, so the URL can be sent in any e-mails you
send to government agencies or media organizations.

I am repeating it here because in these times it can't be done too often.

We also need to keep the message of this tragedy in our ongoing work, to
expose the extreme, inexcusable vulnerability of all artificially fed
babies. We are hearing today that 10,000 are feared dead in Louisiana
alone. I have no words to express the depth of my sadness, anger, and
shame.
