When talking to teens about breastfeeding, someone usually says that they
heard it hurts.  After explaining how it can be overcome etc. One time I
blurted out, "Having sex can hurt the first few times too, but that doesn't
seem to scare too many people away from it!" The teens could relate to that.

Be careful though: that line didn't go over so well in a Catholic school,
much to my embarrassment.
