In response to the ? regarding why the US does not really support the WHO
code...the only answer that I can find is this.

When it comes down to bucks...and money.....people/hospitals are not willing
to pay for things when they have been getting them for free for years. If
noone MAKES them, they aren't going to do it.  IT is a question of looking
the other way when someone mentions the phrase "CONFLICT of INTEREST."
