Regarding the mom trying to nurse twin A and milk is leaking like crazy
from opposite breast. She tried pumping while nursing to save the milk but
that wasn't working out so well either.

Maybe I was doing it all wrong back when I was nursing my kids. But. When
my milk started to letdown, I could feel it coming - felt like pins and
needle. Usually felt it before I saw the drips. I would put my free
arm/hand against the opposite breast and press in slightly until the
sensation stopped. There usually was no further leaking. I never had a
problem nursing or pumping the opposite breast when it was "it's turn". Is
this out of fashion these days?? Please update.

Thank you,
Christine Palmer, Mill Valley CA
