Do mom and baby share sleep and unrestricted feeding all night? Feeding a
lot at night could help the supply, and once she settles into it, would help
her get a lot more sleep. She wouldn't even have to fully awake with a 4
1/2 month old.

Has she had a supply problem since the beginning or are you seeing the "4
month old" supply dip?
