If you heat treat your milk, why would you be worried about it?  I am not
sure that Candida in the milk should be a problem anyway.  Candida is
everywhere.

As far as medication is concerned, I don't see this as a problem either.

"b) Can a mother donate after having had salmonella? This infection was 3
mths ago!"

Same thing.  But why would you expect salmonella in the milk?  Salmonella
only rarely gets into the blood and even then only for a short period of
time during the acute illness.  Carrier states are rare except for
Salmonella typhi (which causes typhoid fever), so fecal contamination of the
milk is unlikely.
