Querida, one caution, please be sure someone will carry on after you move
on.  One place where I worked for 5 years has slowly reverted to all the
"bad" ways I had worked so hard to improve.  It only took about 5 years for
them to revert!  They are as bad now as when I went there in 1986, maybe
even worse because an LC is a big part of the problem.  So develop another
activist before you leave to take up where you leave off!!  Sincerely, Pat
