Hi Lactnetters!

I would like to know if anyone is aware of any "scientific litterature on
the composition of milk when a mother has never stopped breastfeeding her
first child and gives birth to a premee. Many neonatologists where I work
firmly beleive that the mother's milk composition is then too low in
nitrogen and in fat...Can anyone be of any help?
