Not just in WIC population! I wage the same battle everyday,
with college educated professionals and mothers who hail
from all corners of the earth. It is a '90s thing. Our
state-of-the-art pumps are a mixed blessing...I spend as
many hours talking people out of renting one as I do renting
them. :-(

The efforts you are making are so valuable.
