Hi  Deena,
Our hospital has standing orders for breastfeeding that are the same for
every doc practicing there.  Having the set orders has simplified things
although things still get done "the old way" sometimes.

If you would like a copy of them, call me and I will mail or fax to you.  The
orders are short, to the point, & consistent with the 10 Steps.  The standing
orders were designed by the county bf task force and adopted by our
maternal/child medical committee.
