mins long and aimed at parents: Kangaroo Mother Care: Rediscover the Natural 
Way to Care for your Baby.  The other is longer (I think about an hour), 
aimed at health professionals, called Kangaroo Mother Care: Restoring the 
Original Paradigm for Infant Care and Breastfeeding.  Both are very 
accessibly presented and suitable for both parents and professionals.
