Is bottlefeeding as good as breastfeeding?  No.

Ah, but, I guess they are not looking for an honest answer.  How about
answering with a question "What do you think?"  or  "You decide"  and place this
confrontational question at the end of the others that hopefully are explaining
why breastfeeding is indeed much better than bottlefeeding.  This way you gave
the answers, but don't have to actually state the obvioius?
