Hi! All you knowledgeable ones.
What happens to the medication in expressed breast milk? Does it dissipate
eventually? How about the medications half like? Can breast milk with a
medication that is incompatible with breastfeeding i.e. Demerol, be frozen
then used several months later when the baby is older? Will the medication
still be present in the milk?
I hope this isn't a question that if I thought a little longer I would
understand. Thank you.
