I am looking for Dr. Gary Freed who wrote the article, "National
Assessment of Physicians' Breastfeeding Knowledge, Attitudes, Training,
and Experience" in 1995 (JAMA).  He was then at the University of No.
Carolina.  Does anyone know how I can get in touch with him?
