If you go to the internet, to the Alta Vista search engine, and type in
"Sandifer Syndrome" you will find several web sites with a tiny bit of
information (no big comprehensive web pages that I could find).  They all
say the same thing, basically, massive reflux, with associated
hyperextension or torticollis of the neck, and muscle spasms of the upper
body.  Nothing I found about any "enzyme" in the mother's milk making the
baby sick.  Sounds like mumbo-jumbo to me.
