I have not heard/read anything on by-effects o lecithin. What does come to mind is the combination of urinairy tract sensitivety, thrush and hot, humid weather. Could she have candida in other places than the breast? Perhaps the not drinking enough and urinating infrequently could play a part in candida overgrowth as well.
