What about the Innocenti Declaration? Till age two or beyond.

When I discuss how long mothers should breastfeed, I usually start by saying
that weaning is a personal decision between each mother and baby. That there
is nothing wrong with letting a child wean naturally and that they all do. I
then say that the AAP recommends a minimum of 12 months (I believe that this
is how they currently view their recommendations... let me know, someone
from the AAP, if this is wrong..), that the WHO and UNICEF recommend till
age two or beyond. I usually follow this up with info about the study that
indicated if all women would breastfeed all their kids for 2 years, that
breast cancer could decline in this country by 25%.

By the way, this is reflected in the langauge of Nevada's law.
