Where do local dairy farmers take their milk for testing? Cornell
University is here in Ithaca, and one mother had her milk tested at the
mastitis lab there. It was great! They don't seem to want to be used
routinely by humans, which is a real pity. They have a checklist for all
kinds of stuff in milk - blobs, granules, flecks - I suppose because
mastitis in a cow tends to be spotted later than in a human. When the
fellow at the lab gave her instructions for a "clean catch", he started by
telling her to wipe her breast and nipple with their special solution until
the wipe came away clean "... which I guess in humans would be just one
swipe, wouldn't it?"

It may be that the dairy lab in your area would be all set up to do anything
you want done. After all, knowing all about *cow* milk is important...
