I've been in contact (internet) with a mom in Taiwan, currently nursing
a 20 month old, who complains of nursing pain. She has ONE LLLL,
and NO LC available there. She believes the pain is due to her son
resting his upper teeth on her areola. The LLLL attributed it to skin
growing over the milk ducts on her nipples. I can't see her, but she
had been nursing without difficulty for a long time, and isn't aware
of anything else that changed, other than her son closing his mouth
as he gets tired, and resting his teeth. Does anyone have any ideas
(or, better still, experience) on this?

TIA

Jonathan
