Just to play devil's advocate for a change: it's probably *most*
likely that this woman is a victim (abusive husband? sexual
abuse? unexpected C/S?), but maybe, just maybe, she's a
pathological liar? Of course, I wasn't there, but Marie's story
of what the woman told her was just SOOOO pat, her having an
explanation for everything that was directed AWAY from
herself.....I dunno. Certainly, it could all be true. But why am
