I think if the environment mitigates against the mother breastfeeding, she 
has to be totally committed to succeed.
Unfortunately, there are many places where the environment is not supportive 
of mothers breastfeeding.  I agree that this is bad, but it is so.  And it 
(that a mother has to be determined to succeed) upsets me too.
