HOW TO ORDER A 1996 LACTNET T-SHIRT

DESCRIPTION: A WHITE 100% Cotton short-sleeved unisex T-shirt
silkscreened front and back with single-color designs in BLUE.
The front design is the outline of a computer video moniter sitting
on a CPU with a keyboard (ie, what you're probably staring at now).
The words "Latch on to" and a pretty heart design are printed on the
moniter screen; the word "LACTNET" is spelled out across the keyboard.
(Designed by lactnetter Lesley Robinson.) The design on back of the
shirt is text only and includes directions for signing on to Lactnet.

SIZES: Medium, Large. XLarge, XXLarge.
Please order your usual T-shirt size.

PRICE: $14 each plus $3 mailing within continental U.S. If ordering 2
shirts, send a total of $4 for mailing.

*Please inquire about overseas mailing costs.*

TO PLACE YOUR ORDER: Send your order, payment and TWO
self-addressed adhesive mailing labels to Diana Dietz,
160 River Forest Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30214, USA.

*If ordering outside U.S., please send money order in U.S.
         funds payable to U.S. bank.*

DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING PAYMENT: April 15, 1996.

DELIVERY TIME: 2 - 4 weeks from deadline date (probably longer
for overseas delivery). If you do NOT receive your shirt when
expected, please contact me to verify that I received your
  order.

--Please note that the purpose of the Lactnet shirts is to inform
lactation professionals about Lactnet. Any monies left over after
expenses will be donated to a breastfeeding support organization.
(IE, no one involved in the production of the shirts will be taking
any pleasure cruises in the near future.) ;-)

Looking forward to filling your orders soon!
