I have never heard of a party atmosphere and JCOH in the same
paragraph --not likely :(
 what JCOH will look at is "need" and documentation of teaching and services
offered particularly in the way of pt and family education.  If what is
being offered and what
 is the need don't match then recommendations may be made to upgrade.
That is gravy for you-- because the hospital will have a certain period to
comply.
