Personally I put this right up with the little sliding thingy you could sew
on your bra.  LLL had them for sale for a while and I don't think they ever
caught on.  All the reminder ideas (rubber band on wrist, pin on bra strap
etc.) work only as long as mom remembers to move the reminder.   As I would
tell moms in class, most moms soon find themselves trying to remember
whether or not they moved it and wind up using the "scale method"-whichever
one feels heavier is the one baby gets first.

 

Just another "must have" to make breastfeeding complicated!
