Dear Lactnetters,  I have been offline too long, am now in the midst of
preparing a one hour spiel for our local physicians next week.  I
remember much discussion some time ago for physician education....but
have searched the archives in a variety of ways for some additional
insight from my very knowledgeable friends - and have struck out.  If
any of you can recall who, what, when, where...I will look again, please
let me know
