Loni,
Maybe ask what are his/her goals for the hosp re the Mother-Friendly
Childbirth Initiative (MFCI ) and the Baby Friendly Hosp Initiative
(BFHI). If s/he says, "Duh, what's that?" you'll know s/he is not the
best candidate. If s/he says, "I've been following that and I think...."
or "I've been involved with work on that initiative........" then maybe
s/he's the one!
