Jan, thank you for pointing this out....I know it isn't yet evidence-based,
but in years of hospital practice this is in fact my experience- the Pit
makes a big difference.... I would love to study this and have talked about
it with various peers, local docs, etc- ....measuring outcomes seems to be
the most difficult variable for me.
