Yes. I have made enquiries about Current Issues in Clinical Lactation. This
will not be available in the UK - even direct from the UK branch of the
publishers - for 'some weeks'...so I can't read it, unless it is online in
full.  It will cost me £18, which I am prepared to pay, and there is no
hope of it being in any of the medical libraries I have access to, believe
me. I  make use of two, both pretty well stocked, but neither have the JHL
either.

I would love to participate in the 'journal club' discussions, but the
international perspective is so valuable I hope we can make sure that at
least most of the articles are equally available to us all.
