  Kittie Frantz has laminated ones.  They are on her website (Geddes 
Productions) as infant cards.  Go all way down after the videos :-)  Be sure 
and read the new article on when to weigh babies to calculate "real" weight 
on BioMed Central. BTW her new version of Laid Back Breastfeeding is now 
available.  I don't work for Kittie, just admire her work greatly.
She knows that she inspired me to be a pediatric nurse practitioner  :-) Pat
