We do not have any data concerning milk levels of omeprazole.  However, in an acidic mileu, omeprazole is instantly
degraded and destroyed.  Thus none would be absorbed by the infant even if present in milk.

You might ask, how is it absorbed by the adult,  well it is enteric coated in small granules, so that it passes the
stomach without being exposed to the acidity.
