Sounds like oversupply!  The baby has gained 3.5 lbs in 7 weeks, mom has
had mastitis (mastitis risk is increased in oversupply) and she is
tandem nursing.

Have her try to give the infant one breast per feeding, or even the same
breast two feedings in a row and see if the bloody stools clear up in a
few days.
