For those of you who may have missed my previous post, I am collecting data
from all over the US regarding what LCs are being paid by hospitals, what
they are charging for consults, what private practice LCs charge per visit,
and from non RN LCs who work in hospitals.  The information is strictly
confidential. I need your geographical location (I won't be specific when I
compile the data, no need to worry that your location may identify you).

This is the last week I will be accepting input from everyone. I will be
compiling the data as soon as possible and will be sharing it with those of
you who have participated.
