I have a mom with a BF 9 month old. Mom has an A-V malformation in the brain and will be treated with a dose of gamma radiation. The treatment takes an hour (non-invasive) and she will be hospitalized overnight. Apparently this is the current treatment for this condition. Off the top of my head I can't think of a reason to not BF but since I can't find any info in any of the texts, etc. I need the collective wisdom of the group. Any info out there?
