I wholeheartedly agree. Semantics, and how we say and present information,
is everything.  It can really influence whether or not we have raport (it is
late,..how the heck do I spell that????)..

with those we are trying to influence.  I surely go for raport every time. I
just *know* there are two pp in that work...
