This hadn't even clicked in my mind as a violation (and I do social media work for a living). It certainly is, but I wonder if they realize? I'm not sure that reporting them, as Liz suggests, is the most productive step here. I think it's worthwhile to give them this info and see how they respond.  When so few bottle companies are willing to even try to be Code compliant, I think we ought to be as supportive of Evenflo's efforts as possible.
