Just catching up on the Teaching Checklists discussion. Attached is
a form that I developed for use in teaching the "basics" to breastfeeding
moms. I call it the "Cliff's Notes" of breastfeeding. It is very simple but
covers the essential information we want new Moms to know before leaving the
hospital (I deleted some of the contact information under the "support"
section, but you get the idea...) Happy to share and also open to
suggestions/comments. Could we consider posting other teaching checklists
right to the list instead of privately? I think many of us would benefit
from them.
