May I share the portion of your post regarding patient satisfaction
survey's with the nurse manager at our hospital?

I'd love to have them really become aware of how their patient's see
services re breastfeeding.  I am left to pick up the pieces and have
tried to share info with them over and over, with little visable change.

AARRRGGGGGHH.  Oh well I guess it means more business for me, except the
poor moms who don't know how to get outside help.

I'd like to just print out the part of your post about the surveys and
the inconsistent help, plus the twins story and share that with her.  I
would give you credit and include your email address if you would
prefer.
