A couple of things might help:
warm saline soaks or I think epsom salts (wash off well after soaking) used
by hanging the breast into a clean sink or tub to soak.
after the soaking, a very GENTLE abrading of the bleb area with a towel.
sometimes nursing the baby in a position where his chin is pointing to the
bleb area will help release the clog.
antibiotics in case of an infected area or cyst
try another doctor, a breast surgeon if available, or even a dermatologist,
to open the bleb.
watch for signs of mastitis and treat as soon as possible
hope she finds relief
