Teeth generally do not hurt the mother.  Therefore, it is possible for
teeth to cause pain usually only if the baby bites.  Apparently this
did not happen.

In this case, one should consider yeast.  My general rule: any onset
of nipple pain which comes on after a period of pain free nursing and
is otherwise unexplained (no biting, no eczema, no milk blister), is
yeast. It is easy to get distracted by the fact that the baby has
teeth, but it may still be yeast.  I would try gentian violet.

If the baby has bitten, it may be because the supply has decreased
first, not after.  This is a reaction of some babies to decreased milk
supply.  Pregnant? On birth control pill?
